This policy covers cancellations and refunds for bookings made with Yaqut Journeys Pvt. Ltd.
Standard policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour's departure time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Multi-day tours
Multi-day tours with pre-booked hotels may carry different cancellation terms due to hotel cancellation policies — these are shown clearly on the tour page and again at checkout before you pay.
How to cancel
Cancellations can be made from your booking confirmation email, or by writing to hello@example.com or +91 90689 46885 with your booking reference.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
